Search for projects that draw on the experience of various environnements in order to provide innovative solutions to resolve broad issues and integrate CSR constraints/opportunities from eco-design to employee training/retention.
These projects can also lead to necessary reorganizations (production tools and organizations) as part of spin-offs of large groups or mergers/acquisitions of companies in France or abroad (external growth or takeover by a fund).
Aware of the importance of Excellence in Execution in project management, I like to practice helicopter vision to both take the sometimes necessary step back and then explain and get the teams to buy into the projects
